Go slow As you can see I am 63, but I look and feel much younger. That said, I have now determined that for every birthday I have I am taking one year off of my age. It is my age and I can do what I want with it. I am now feeling 58 and going down. My goal is to remain trim and attractive and keep my 35 belt size. I will go kicking and screaming into the sunset.
